Welcome to the Safety Training Passport web site.

This web site will provide you with information and links to trainers for the Nationally Accredited Safety Passport, which is also known as the 'SCATS card' or the 'CCNSG Safety Passport'.

The passport is a credit-sized photo-id card and proves that the holder has successfully completed an ECITB accredited course in Basic Health & Safety at Work.

The course is specified as a mandatory safety training requirement for all contractors employee's on most petrochemical, power, and paper industry sites, and more.

The Safety Trainers' Forum Ltd was set up to provide a way for the course deliverer's to discuss matters of common concern, e.g. updating course content or changes to the 'course rules', to assist in ensuring that all courses are run to a common standard, and to provide a consultative body to liaise between the Course Providers and the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (the ECITB).

The Forum manages the course materials and quality aspects of the scheme delivery. It is also responsible for managing the training, development, marketing and management of scheme delivery.
